Chocolate Eclairs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    8 eggs
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Heat water and butter to rolling boil. Stir in flour; stir rapidly over low heat about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat in eggs all at once. Continue beating until smooth.
    Drop dough by scant 1/4 cup, 3 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
    Shape into fingers 4 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
    Fill and frost.
