Sugar Free Fruit Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c frozen or fresh unsweetened strawberries
    1/2 c orange juice
    1-2 bananas
    1/2 -1 c fresh or canned pineapple
    1-2 cubes ice, if using fresh strawberries
Preparation
    Place fruit in blender, blend till smooth. If using fresh strawberries, drop ice in one at a time while blender is running. Blend until ice is crushed. May need to add more orange juice to thin down smoothie a little. You can also add 1-2 fresh peaches, peeled and cut up. Makes 1-2 smoothies.
