Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
    1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
    1 egg white mixed with 1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 cup skim milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray muffin tins with Pam or line with paper cups.
    Mix 1/4 cup flour with blueberries.
    Set aside. Mix liquid and dry ingredients separately; then combine, mixing just enough to moisten.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Fill each muffin tin 2/3 full.
    Bake 20 - 25 minutes.
    Makes 10 - 12 muffins.
