Homemade Chocolate Sauce(For Hot Chocolate Or For Ice Cream Topping) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place in a saucepan sugar and add salt, cocoa and water.
    Stir well, then cook over medium heat, stirring and watching constantly, about 4 to 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat, add vanilla and refrigerate.
