Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    chicken bouillon
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/8 lb. sharp Cheddar
Preparation
    Add boiling water to potatoes, celery, onion, seasonings and bouillon.
    Cover and cook until tender.
    Blend flour with a small amount of the milk.
    Stir into potatoes.
    Add remaining milk and cook until thick.
    Add Velveeta and Cheddar.
    Stir until melted.
