Elaine Hunt'S Roast Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sirloin roast
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Brown in iron skillet, then put in 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish lined with foil.
After you put in dish, sprinkle onion soup mix on top (1 envelope).
Put cream of mushroom soup on top (undiluted).
Cover with foil.
Cook about 3 hours at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0.
