Armadillo Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can whole jalapenos
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. Chub breakfast sausage
    1 pkg. Shake 'n' Bake
Preparation
    Cut a slit in 1 side of jalapenos and deseed them.
    Stuff cheese into peppers.
    Take 1 to 2 tablespoons of sausage and pat into a thin patty.
    Press around jalapenos.
    Coat them with Shake 'n' Bake.
    Bake on a cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
