Mock Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini, peeled and coarsely grated
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 slices bread
Preparation
    Squeeze juice from grated zucchini; drain well.
    Break bread into smallish pieces and just moisten with milk.
    Mix all ingredients and shape into cakes.
    Roll in fine bread crumbs, if desired.
    Fry in butter until lightly browned.
