Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices italian bread, day old bread works good too
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 teaspoon olive oil
    4 plum tomatoes, sliced
    2 tablespoons fresh bail, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
    Under a broiler toast both side of the bread.
    Rub both sides of bread with a clove of garlic.
    Drizzle with olive oil, top with the tomato slices, basil, pepper.
    Serve warm.
