Pork Chop-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 butterflied pork chops
    2 Tbsp. oil or drippings
    4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown chops on both sides in oil; season.
    Grease casserole dish.
    Place 1/2 of potatoes in dish.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 of flour.
    Add remaining potatoes and sprinkle with remaining flour.
    Pour milk over potatoes.
    Place chops on top; sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and cook in slow oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
