Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. heavy cream
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 egg yolks
    1 bar Baker's German chocolate
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. orange liqueur
Preparation
    Heat cream until boiling in medium size pan.
    Remove from heat and add German chocolate, chocolate chips and butter.
    Stir until melted.
    Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Stir in liqueur.
    Cover and chill until firm enough to handle.
    Shape into 1 inch balls; roll in cocoa or powdered sugar or nuts.
    Makes 4 dozen.
