Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
1 large jar salsa
1 head lettuce
2 large tomatoes
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can black olives, sliced (optional)
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sour cream and chopped onion together with electric mixer until spreadable.
Spread in bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan; chill until set.
Pour salsa on top.
Chop lettuce very fine and spread on top, then chop tomato into small pieces and spread on top.
Then sprinkle on cheese, then black olives. Chill.
Serve with taco chips.
