Lemon Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) lemon jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped green onions (including tops)
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped cucumber
1/2 c. chopped radish
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
Preparation

Stir jello and boiling water.
Cool until syrupy.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Place in 9 x 9-inch glass pan.
Can be doubled in 9 x 13-inch pan.
