Upside-Down Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. celery salt or seed
Preparation
    In a heavy frypan, fry onions in 2 tablespoons shortening until soft.
    Add hamburg and soup.
    Bring to a boil.
    Mix as for biscuits the flour, baking powder, salt, shortening, paprika, celery, celery salt and milk.
    Use grated cheese if desired. Spoon on top of hamburg mixture in frypan.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Turn upside down on platter when done.
