Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkgs. Martha White corn bread mix
1 c. chopped green onion
1 chopped green pepper
2 chopped tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn
1 c. shredded cheese
bacon bits to taste
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cook cornbread by package directions, cool. When cooled crumble and add the onion, pepper, corn and tomatoes. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise together and fold into the cornbread mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bacon bits.
