Low Calorie Lemon Sauced Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
zest of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. salt
fresh lemon juice
4 salmon steaks
Preparation

Combine yogurt, lemon zest, parsley, marjoram and salt.
Chill 1 hour.
Brush salmon steaks with lemon juice.
Broil about 4 inches from heat source in a preheated broiler for 10 minutes. There is no need to turn the steaks over.
During broiling, baste occasionally with lemon juice.
Serve steaks with yogurt sauce spooned over each one.
