Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
about 1 1/3 c. Angel Flake coconut
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1/2 tsp. almond extract (optional)
1 Keebler graham cracker Ready-Crust brand pie crust
Preparation

Beat cream cheese in mixer bowl until softened; beat in sugar. Gradually add milk and beat until smooth.
Fold in coconut, whipped topping and extract.
Spoon into crust.
Freeze until firm. Garnish with Angel Flake toasted coconut.
Let stand at room temperature to soften before serving.
