Baked Ham And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/3 c. green pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. dried apricots, cooked and drained
    3 c. leftover cooked ham
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 c. rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine honey, butter, green pepper, soy sauce and mustard; mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly to mix well.
    Turn into lightly greased 2-quart casserole; bake, covered, about 1 hour.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
