Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    assorted chicken pieces
    8 oz. Russian dressing
    8 oz. apricot preserves
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/4 c. water
    pineapple and green pepper slices to garnish
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in a large baking dish.
    Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Bake, uncovered, an additional 1/2 hour.
