Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. salmon, flaked
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly and combine with other ingredients.
    Pour into greased mold and bake 25 minutes in a pan of hot water in moderate oven.
    Serve hot, garnished with parsley and lemon slices.
