Stuffed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. stick margarine
    1/8 c. finely snipped fresh parsley
    1/8 c. thinly sliced green onions
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Drain and cool; break into small pieces.
    Set aside.
    Mix parsley, onion, sour cream and mayonnaise together.
    Refrigerate.
    Wash potatoes well and dice into bite-sized pieces.
    Boil for 10 minutes in salted water.
    Drain well and pour into large mixing bowl.
    Slice margarine onto hot potatoes.
    Fold in the sour cream mixture and finally, add the bacon pieces.
