Jiffy Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    4 oz. pimento cheese
    3 (6 oz.) cans crabmeat, drained
    1 c. chow mein noodles
    1 c. garlic croutons
Preparation
    Melt butter, milk and cheese together in large saucepan or microwave.
    Mix with crabmeat and noodles.
    Place mixture in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole and top with croutons.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
