Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 pkg. Kraft caramels
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix cake as directed.
    Divide into 2 parts and put 1/2 in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
