Oven Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

round or sirloin steak
green peppers (optional)
lemons, onions
large mushrooms

Preparation

Salt, pepper and flour steak.
Brown in hot fat.
Arrange pepper rings, paper thin slices of lemon and slices of onion around top of steak.
Put mushrooms on top of the steak.
Cook covered in slow oven (275\u00b0 or 300\u00b0) for at least 1 1/2 hours, adding small amounts of water when needed.
