Sarah'S Oven Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
1/2 stick margarine
2 c. flour
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 c. water
Preparation

Wash chicken and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Mix flour and bread crumbs together in plastic bag.
Melt margarine in microwave.
Pour margarine into baking pan.
Shake chicken in bag, then coat chicken in margarine.
Put chicken in broiler; brown chicken on both sides.
Remove from broiler.
Take chicken out of pan and place in baking dish.
Add 1 cup of water to pan.
Mix and pour over chicken in dish.
Add parsley flakes. Cover dish and bake t 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Chicken should melt in your mouth.
