Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds ground chuck
    1 onion
    4 garlic pieces
    1 tablespoon oregano
    1 1/2 tablespoon parsley flakes
    2 (8 ounce) cans of tomato sauce
    1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
    1 cup water
    2 bay leaves
    1 tablespoon salt
    1/2 tablespoon pepper
    6 lasagna noodles
    12 ounces small curd cottage cheese
    3 cup bag shredded mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a deep pan greased with olive oil, brown the ground chuck with the finely chopped onion and garlic. This should take about 20 minutes. Next add the spices and tomato sauce and paste and simmer for 2 hours. Take the bay leaves out.
