Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet and add ground turkey and fry until brown.
    Add salt, pepper, onions, green pepper and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
