Grandma Dicke'S Slumgunion Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 venison roast (may use neck or steaks)
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 to 4 bay leaves
    2 allspice or 2 Tbsp. ground allspice
    1 chopped onion
    salt to taste
    garlic to taste
    3 cloves or 2 1/2 Tbsp. ground cloves
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    In pressure cooker, place meat, spices and 1/4 cup to 1 cup water.
    Cook for 15 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
    In large skillet, melt margarine.
    Stir in flour and vinegar until smooth. Add meat juice.
    Break meat into 1-inch pieces and add.
    Serve hot over rice, baked potatoes or mashed potatoes.
