Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 graham crackers, rolled fine
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 small pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. Milnot
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Melt margarine and mix with crackers.
    Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Save some crackers for top.
    Cream sugar and cream cheese together.
    Add boiling water and lemon flavoring to lemon jello.
    Cool.
    Then add cheese and sugar mixture.
    Whip Milnot and then add to jello and cheese mixture.
    Add crushed pineapple. Pour over crackers and top with remaining crumbs.
