Onion-Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets golden onion soup mix
    2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    8 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine soup mix with bread crumbs.
    Dip chops in eggs, then bread crumb mixture, coating well.
    Place in lightly greased large shallow baking pan and drizzle, if desired, with melted butter.
    Bake, turning once, 1 hour or until chops are done.
    Makes about 8 servings.
