Lilly'S Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. Golden Delicious apples, peeled and sliced
12 oz. concentrated apple juice (unsweetened)
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix cornstarch and cinnamon with 1/4 cup apple juice, making a paste; set aside.
Simmer apples in remaining juice until apples look transparent.
Mix with thickener, cook until clear and pour into unbaked crust.
Top with crumb topping.
