Turkey Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (about 2 lb.) Louis Rich fresh turkey drumsticks or thighs
    1 onion, cut into 8 wedges
    4 servings spiral macaroni, cooked
    1/2 c. red wine
    1 green pepper, cut into chunks
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
Preparation
    Rinse turkey.
    Place in large skillet or Dutch oven.
    Add spaghetti sauce, wine, green pepper and onion.
    Bring to a boil; turn down heat.
    Cover.
    Simmer 2 hours.
    Remove turkey from broth.
