Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. heavy cream
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. nuts, finely chopped
    powdered cocoa
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir in the cream.
    Gradually add the sugar and nuts, stirring until lump free.
    Cover and refrigerate until firm, then form into small balls with your hands.
    Roll in cocoa to coat.
    Store in the refrigerator.
