Horseradish Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Dash cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. bottled prepared horseradish
Preparation
    Beat heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
    Set aside.
    In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.
    Fold horseradish mixture into whipped cream.
    Serve with standing rib beef roast or prime rib.
