Easy Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli or equivalent fresh
    2 onions, minced or equivalent powder
    2 (16 oz.) containers sour cream
    2 cans cream of onion soup
    1 large can chicken broth (49 1/2 oz.) or fresh broth
    2 Tbsp. melted butter (optional)
Preparation
    Pressure cook or microwave broccoli and onions 30 seconds or until tender (not soft and mushy).
    Combine all ingredients (except sour cream) in blender.
    Add sour cream and blend a few more seconds.
    If you prefer a thicker soup, use less chicken broth.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Serves 8.
