Shirley'S Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
1 small can green enchilada sauce
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. chicken broth
1 pt. half and half
2 doz. flour or white corn tortillas
Preparation

Saute onion.
Mix chicken, onion, green chiles, enchilada sauce and 3/4 cheese.
Heat until cheese melts.
Add sour cream and mix.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Heat broth and half and half together.
Dip tortillas and stuff with chicken mixture. Pour broth mixture over enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 covered.
