Cheezy Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. coarsely chopped cabbage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 quart water
    Cavender's Green seasoning, to taste
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. crumbled, crispy fried bacon
    1 to 1 1/2 c. cornbread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cabbage, onion, and water in large saucepan. Cook until cabbage is limp but not mushy (about 5 minutes. Drain. Add Cavender's seasoning, soup, and bacon.
    Stir well. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with cornbread crumbs. Bake for 15 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
