Apple Bar Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. apples (coarse)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oleo, softened (1 stick)
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

Cream together sugar and oleo.
Add flour and other ingredients.
Add the apples last.
Mix well and place in a greased pan, 9 x 13-inch, and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
Cut in bars when cool.
Yields about 20 bars.
