Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 qt. popped corn
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 c. margarine
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except baking soda and popped corn, in saucepan; heat until boils, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add baking soda.
Stir well.
It will be light and foamy.
Add popcorn.
Toss and coat well.
Pour on cookie sheet.
Bake 1 hour at 175\u00b0 to 200\u00b0, stirring occasionally.
Remove and break apart. Store in airtight containers.
