Judy O'S "No Cooking" Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tomatoes (large, firm), diced
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced small
    4 to 5 leaves fresh basil, chopped
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    1 lb. pasta (preferably small shells or any small type macaroni)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook the pasta to the al dente stage.
    Drain cooked pasta but leave quite moistened.
    While hot, add first 5 ingredients.
    While tossing to melt the Mozzarella, sprinkle the grated cheese.
    Serve immediately with pepper mill for guests.
    Serves 4 to 6.
