Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
6 slices bread, in small pieces
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Crumble and brown sausage.
Drain and cool.
Place in bottom of a buttered, 9 x 13 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
Beat eggs and milk together.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour over sausage. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
