Spicy Ham Roll-Ups With Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
    16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 lb. ham, diced finely (may use food processor)
    7 oz. green chilies, drained and chopped
    8 oz. black olives, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, ham, chilies and olives together; spread on tortillas.
    Roll up and place on a cookie sheet.
    Cover with a damp cloth and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
    Cut into 3/4 or 1-inch slices.
    Serve with salsa or the spicy Mustard Sauce that follows.
