Golden Eggnog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, separated
3/4 c. sugar
1 qt. chilled milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 pt. chilled heavy cream, whipped
nutmeg
Preparation

Whip egg whites until foamy; add slowly sugar while beating. Beat only until peaks are soft and shiny.
Beat yolks until thick, then add to whites.
Slowly stir in milk and vanilla; fold whipped cream into egg mixture. Chill.
Serve in a chilled bowl; sprinkle with nutmeg.
Serves 24.
