Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 c. grated American cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 bag plain potato chips
Preparation
    Mix everything (except potato chips) together.
    Put in baking dish and cover with crushed potato chips.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
