Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Place cauliflower in 1 1/2-quart casserole (can use whole head or you can cut cauliflower up); add water.
Cook, covered, 8 to 9 minutes on High in microwave or until tender.
Combine mayonnaise, mustard and onion.
Spoon over cauliflower; sprinkle with cheese. Microwave uncovered for 1 1/2 minutes or until cheese melts.
