Cheese Blitzs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf bread, decrusted
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sugar with cinnamon
    1 egg yolk
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Roll bread flat with rolling pin.
    Combine cream cheese, sugar with cinnamon and egg yolk.
    Spread on each piece of bread.
    Roll up and cut in half.
    Melt 1 stick butter.
    Roll each piece in melted butter, then in cinnamon sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for for 15 to 20 minutes.
    May be frozen to bake later.
