Blue Ribbon Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    8 oz. crushed pineapple
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 small can coconut
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
    Combine eggs, oil, buttermilk, sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth.
    Stir into flour mixture with carrots, pineapple, coconut and nuts. Pour into prepared pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
