Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 small onion, chopped
    dash of garlic
    1/4 lb. sausage
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 slices cheese
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms in salt water.
    Fry sausage in skillet; add salt, onion and a dash of garlic.
    Cut up mushroom stems and fry along with sausage; add cheese.
    Stuff mushrooms with filling ingredients; bake 12 to 15 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
