Crab Or Shrimp Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat or 1 lb. cooked shrimp
    1/4 c. chopped bacon
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Add onion and pepper; cook until tender.
    Blend in flour and seasonings.
    Add tomatoes and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add rice and shrimp or crabmeat.
    Serves 6.
