Roast Buffet Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) ham
    1 lb. can applesauce
    3 c. ginger ale
    12 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut the ham into slices.
    Distribute the ham in a roasting pan.
    Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and pour over the ham.
    Cover the roasting pan and heat in the oven for 40 minutes.
    Rotate the ham slices and heat for 35 more minutes.
    Serve hot in the pan with juices.
